We have been a Family Farm for over 60 Years.

    Sixty years ago, Joseph Hlubik began farming the land we now call Hlubik Farms. He and his wife, Mary, raised 8 children as well as numerous crops, dairy cows and chickens. While nearly all the family members still contribute to the farm, Raymond Hlubik and his wife, Nancy, are the principal owners and farmers. Together with their children, Ray’s brothers, a couple nephews and a few local high school and college students, Hlubik Farms has maintained the farm as a small operation with a commitment to quality and freshness.

    Over fifty years ago, it started as a small roadside farm stand and has since grown to a small market that carries not only vegetables and fruits, but also crafts from local artisans, a range of syrups, jellies, jams, sauces, and salsas, and honey. In addition, we carry pies from DeLightBourne's Bakery located at 960 Spruce Street in Lawrence, NJ 08648 (609) 989-7577. We also have milk and milk products.
